I was having the same issue but making sure every box had an entry let it save, so just make sure none of them are blank. Manually typing in 0 (which I assume means "auto"?) worked for me for the options I didn't want to change.

Are you on Windows 10 or 11? Also, would you mind restarting OTT in debug mode, from the Advanced tab, and then re-create the issue? After that, grab the ott.log and send that to me. Either attach it here or send it to me via email.
