Not broken, but rather intentionally disabled. That's the only change in this release. I disabled it and pushed this update as sort of an "emergency change" as a few ppl have reported that the presets break Quest Link. No problem fixing it if that happens, but it involves manually editing the Windows registry. So until i have the time to look at it, i have set that option to disabled. You can still use the manual settings, just the Presets are disabled.
