See if there's a backup of the app.asar package and if so simply rename the current app.asar to _OLD or something, then rename the backup file to app.asar. Check the user guide for the path, can't remember exactly where it is.
If there is no backup then OTT has not touched it. It first installs all dependencies, then creates a backup of app.asar, verifies that the backup exists, then patches app.asar. If there is no backup then something else is messing things up. If you have played around with the Link settings then some setting there might be wrong so check what you have there. Check this post for info on how to reset Link settings to default, in case somethere there is messed up.
Next, you can check if any of the pre-reqs where actually installed and uninstall them, although i do doubt that they themselves would cause issues.
