Just a little update for you, Every thing is working as it should, i am not sure if this is down to your new version of OTT or it was me disabling the auto power off on the usb controllers, touch wood i havent spoken to soon lol. Thanks for the help mate.

Ok its still not showing my mic but is on the other version, I can see my mic in windows input settings and working. I have sent you an emial with log attached.

Yep it went into my junk folder, will sort that now. Yes their response is shocking. EDIT Noticed i dont get an otpion on the audio switcher for microphone, pretty sure it used to say my headsets mic, isnt this needed anymore i guess?

Regarding the compatibility issues, they can allow the devices to work along for some time, but have errors and malfunctions that we are not able to detect as a user until both stop working together. After checking the Log files that you sent, we noticed some compatibility issues: A. 3rd parties games platforms like Steam or Sidequest are not supported by Oculus devices and even though they work for some time, they can cause a lot of issues. I know that this might sound unrelated the issues range from glitching, controllers drifting and no visible menu. Also Oculus tray tool is not a official application, please stop using it for troubleshooting purposes. If you are still having issues, for troubleshooting purposes please consider uninstall or temporarily disable at least from the startup programs the 3rd parties games platforms After this the Oculus app should be reinstalled and the computer rebooted. B. Windows 10 should be updated to the latest version. C. Multiple monitors are not supported by Oculus devices. Please unplug the extra monitor or screen." Well thats what they just said and im not unplugging my monitor every time i want to play lol. Ok how will you send your new build on here?

Just looking at them options now on OTT what should i have them set to as they are all been untouched at the moment. I see there is one for USB selective suspended what does that mean?

Ok i will start this and try. * Is it only when you open your browser, or does it happen if you open any other app, like notepad, Word or something else? It can freeze even if i do nothing * What browser are you using and have you tried using any other (Firefox, Edge or Chrom)? If so, does it behave the same no matter what browser you use? If not, then it's probably something with the browser or a driver tied to the browser. Browsers have started coming with VR support now, so it might be related to that. I have edge * Also check if you have any plugins in you browser that might be causing this. I only have uBlock and coinbase wallet. * Speaking of drivers, and this might sound lik a copy/paste answer, but you should check if your drivers are updated. And by that, i mean the Motherboard drivers, specifically USB and Audio. Naturally also graphics driver but ppl tend to keep those updated but forget about everything else =). I have had my fair share of weird lag and other issues due to a bad audio driver/USB driver. So you should head over to the website for the manufacturer of the motherboard, and find yours in the Drivers or Download section or wherever they keep thir drver downloads. I usually just download everything, but it might be good to spend some time looking into any known issues with the latest drivers, which can be a bit of a pain as it takesa while to google around (just a suggestion, i have not had issues when i update my Asus drivers.) I will have to check this and search, you are right i have kept every driver up to date but i never check for USB drivers. * Next, the windows event log might log something when this happens, so i would replicate the issue, note the time, and then head over to the Event Viewer after reboot. Expand Windows Logs in the left part and then check both Application and System, and see if there is any information in there that can help us trace this. I have check and there is nothing apart from a warning about the system didnt power down properly which is correct as i had to force it to restart. So today i played some non VR games my VR headset is unplugged and its been a few hours and every thing is fine so this has to have some thing to do with the headset. I did some digging online and i have tried one thing so i need to set up the headset again to test, what they suggested was to go into device manager and un check the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" box in the USB controllers option.
